In order to optimize truck loading and plant production in real-time, the TrackWeight wireless system is connected to the onboard weighing system. By measuring the weight of each load or truck load, it is now possible to know the exact production of your machine and use the right operator for the most demanding tasks. With the TrackWeight system, your data is automatically downloaded while sitting in your office or truck.

With its 16-megabyte memory, more than 8000 truck loads can be stored in memory without the need to download any data.

The memory of the system can be extended: Simply replace the memory card to reach 1 gigabyte, and you can store data for more than 500 000 truck loads.

Created to interface with the VEI Helper P5 and Millennium, the Payload Management Systems offered by RMT Equipment, it combines an easy-to-use weighing system to an advanced and robust automatic wireless transfer system.

When the loaders are located within a 1000’ communication range from the server (in direct line of site) the data is immediately transferred to the server to analyze production in real-time. It is then possible to use the weighing data to generate reports, adjust the production, and calculate the automatic ratios. Since it is a RMT solution, the system is completely adaptable to your operations and VEI system.

In case of a signal lost during communication, the data is stored in the TrackWeight mobile units and downloaded as soon as the link is restored, in the same order as it was stored. The TrackWeight memory ensures that you never lose your data,

 

 

A graphic window immediately indicates the state of production for each loader. Managers can figure out in a few seconds the production data for the whole fleet or for one specific unit, to accelerate the decision-making and allow a precise management of he inventory.

The power of the Helper P5 & Millennium; both VEI weighing systems, and their multiple applications, allow you to reduce the downtime of the machine. The system is very simple; it consists of four components requiring no junction boxes. The weighing system automatically compensates the variation of pressure created in the lifting cylinders during motion. The weighing is accomplished on the move so your production never loses its rhythm.
